LuminaiPay
White-label

Your brand on top. Our engine underneath.

Every platform Luminai Tech Limited builds is available as a white-label product. Launch a property, education, retail, fitness or crowdfunding platform under your own brand identity, domain and design system, fully backed by LuminaiPay's financial engine.

What is included

Four things change hands.

Everything the customer sees becomes yours. Everything that has to keep working stays ours.

Your identity

Your name, logo, colours, typography and domain across the entire product — the customer-facing app, the emails it sends, and the receipts it issues. Nothing carries our brand unless you want it to.

Your pricing

You set the plans, the tiers and the margins, and you bill your customers on your own terms. We charge you; your customers hear from you.

Your market

Launch into a vertical without building the platform behind it. The product already exists and already runs in production — you are taking it to market, not commissioning it.

Our infrastructure

Billing, collections, gateway integrations, security patches, uptime and the engineering behind all of it stay with us. Your team sells and supports; ours maintains.

Available platforms

Pick the vertical. It already exists.

Each of these is a product running in production today, not a template waiting to be built.

Property management

Units, tenancies, rent and service charge cycles, deposits, arrears and landlord statements.

School administration

Termly fee structures, instalment plans, per-parent balances and arrears follow-up at scale.

Retail point of sale

Counter sales and mobile money payments reconciled against the same ledger as everything else.

Gym and fitness

Recurring memberships, freezes, class packages and automatic recovery of failed payments.

Crowdfunding

Campaign pages, contribution collection across mobile money and card, and payout tracking.

Custom platforms

A vertical we do not cover yet, built on the same engine. Tell us the workflow and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Commercials

A licence, not a revenue share.

You pay us for the platform. You keep what you earn on top of it. Pricing depends on the vertical, the scale you are launching at and the support you need, so we quote it in a conversation rather than on a page.

You license the platform; we do not take a cut of your customers' payments.
Your customers contract with you, not with us. We are not visible to them.
Your payment gateways stay yours, with your own merchant agreements and settlement.
Exit terms are agreed up front, including export of your customer and billing data.
Getting started

How a partnership starts.

01

Scope the fit

A conversation about the vertical you want to enter, the customers you already have, and which of our platforms is closest. If none of them fits, we say so.

02

Brand and configure

We apply your identity across the product and configure the billing logic, plans and gateways for your market. You review it on a staging environment before anyone sees it.

03

Launch and run

You go live on your own domain. Your team sells and supports; we keep the engine running, ship updates, and answer the questions your team cannot.

Partner FAQ

What partners ask before they sign.

Ask us something else

No, unless you want them to. The product carries your brand end to end, including the domain, the emails and the receipts. Your customers contract with you.

You do. You set pricing, you invoice your customers, you hold the commercial relationship, and their data is yours. We are your supplier, not theirs.

The same ones the core platform supports, across mobile money and card, using your own merchant accounts rather than ours. Additional local and global providers can be added on request.

Branding, configuration, plans, billing rules and the content your customers see are all yours to control. Changes to the underlying engine are ours to make, and we take feature requests from partners seriously because they usually apply to everyone.

Exit terms are agreed before you launch, not afterwards. You export your customer and billing data, and your gateway merchant agreements were always yours, so the payment rails do not move.

It depends on how much configuration your market needs, but the platform already exists and already runs in production — you are not waiting on it to be built. Talk to us with your timeline and we will give you a real answer rather than a range.
